I am an Australian who loves using my chemistry and engineering skills to solve problems.
I work as a senior technologist at Castrol. It is my job to speak with the people who make subsea equipment that is used to operate oil and gas platforms and ensure the fluids we make to operate the equipment will work.
Below is a picture of me standing next to a piece of subsea equipment called a blow out preventor, just one of the many pieces of subsea equipment I work with to ensure the fluids that we design to make them work, do what they are supposed to do.
This photo was taken in Houston but I have traveled all over the world including Australia, Norway and Malaysia.
